Tóm tắtMục đích của nghiên cứu nhằm xác định các nhân tố tác động tới sự chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng của người tiêu dùng VN, từ đó đưa ra các khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh thẻ tín dụng tại VN. Nghiên cứu này ứng dụng lí thuyết hành vi dự định và mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ với ba nhân tố: tính chủ quan, nhận thức hữu dụng và kiểm soát hành vi cảm nhận trong mối quan hệ với ý định sử dụng thẻ tín dụng của người VN. Bên cạnh đó, tác giả đã đề xuất thêm nhân tố nhu cầu cảm nhận (mức độ lạc quan của khách hàng đối với tình trạng tài chính của họ trong tương lai) như là nhân tố thứ tư tác động tới sự chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng của người tiêu dùng VN. Dữ liệu phân tích được thu thập từ 302 khách hàng theo phương pháp chọn mẫu thuận tiện. Kết quả cho thấy nhân tố tính chủ quan, nhận thức hữu dụng và nhu cầu cảm nhận có tác động tích cực, trong khi nhân tố kiểm soát hành vi cảm nhận có tác động tiêu cực đối với sự chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng của người tiêu dùng VN.
